I’ve always loved helping people feel better, move better, and live healthier lives. Growing up I saw how much of a difference being active can make, and it made me want to help others find that same spark for themselves.

I’m a pretty competitive person by nature—I love playing basketball, I’m always keeping up with Formula 1, and I’ll happily sit down to watch a good soccer game too. That love for sport and competition really drives me to push myself and to help others see what they’re capable of.

For me, exercise isn’t just about fitness—it’s about helping people feel confident, stronger every day, and proud of what their bodies can do. Seeing someone hit a goal or just feel better in their own skin is the best part of what I do.
