Senior Exercise Physiologist

With over five years of experience at Fitness Success, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives—no matter where they're starting from.

I have a special interest in women’s health—supporting women through pregnancy, pre- and post-natal stages, menopause, and beyond. I am also passionate about working with people to help with management of diabetes, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and inflammatory conditions, as well as those recovering from stroke or living with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease.

If you like a good chat while working toward your goals, I might just be the EP for you. I believe movement should be enjoyable, empowering, and tailored to your life—not the other way around.

When I’m not chasing after my one-year-old, you’ll find me walking with friends, doing parkrun on Saturdays, or catching up over coffee. Learning how to prioritise my own health and fitness after becoming a mum has been a journey—one that drives my commitment to supporting other women to do the same.
