to stay objective and motivated, Fitness Success helps me

I have been taking personal training sessions with Cal and
Kate for three years, and cannot praise them highly enough.
I initially joined Fitness Success in 2004, with losing
weight to be my main goal. This goal was quickly achieved,
but I have continued my training several times a week, knowing
that it is not only beneficial for my health, but I find
Fitness Success to be a good, fun environment, and a social
friendship has been formed with Cal and Kate.
Having to make appointments for training keeps me focused,
and really helps me to keep my goals in keeping fit and healthy. With
Cal and Kate’s encouragement, I have pursued specific events
including several half marathons, which they have helped
me with the necessary training to achieve these goals.
My wife also trains with Cal and Kate both on a one-to-one
basis and within a group session, and we both would highly
recommend them.
