Two on one personal trainingThis is a very cost effective and popular method of personal training. It’s great to exercise with a friend or family member, with all of the benefits of one on one, while sharing the costs. Private GroupsIf 3 or more friends wish to exercise together; we call this a private group, so you can choose your own time slot and have the privacy of an exclusive group, aswell as the cost benefits. In all of the services mention above, you can expect training in all of the following areas What you can expect from personal training;
Obviously the specificity, attention and one on one service is more so in one on one’s than in private groups, however, all of these areas will be covered by your trainer during your sessions. Group TrainingWe offer a tremendous timetable of group training sessions (please refer to our timetable). Group training is a fantastic way to achieve great frequency and regularity with your training in a very cost effective way. Groups are designed to be fun and motivating, whilst still proving an appointment based system and the supervision and direction of a personal trainer. Numbers in the groups vary from 4 people to 8 people (the busier sessions are generally in the evenings) Many people combine one on one personal training and the groups, as a way to get great results, and frequency in a very cost effective way (refer to the Combo packages for details) |
